Ok, you’ve paid your money. You are in the program. What do you next? Read this short article, then we will kick this into high gear. It is time to get primed to improve your detailing business in an awesome way.

First of all, forget what you have learned before. It is time to come at your business with a brand new and fresh approach. The past is behind you, the future is before you. Let go of all of the mistakes, poor management, bad advice, and questionable decisions you have made.

Today is a new day. You are making the decision to learn, set goals, educate yourself, take action, then continue to take calculated, smart action until those goals are met.

Gut check: this may hurt. A lot. If you are not currently where you want to be in your business, this means there is potentially an absolute mountain of work ahead of you. It is not too much, it is not insurmountable, but it is a lot.

I want you to ask yourself a very important and relevant question before you dive into the program, a question that will set the tone for whether this works for you:

Do I really want this?

If you really want to have a successful business, you want the long hours, the struggles, the triumphs, and the rewards, this is going to work. If you are halfhearted, beaten down, unmotivated, and just want to clock in and clock out, go get a job. Owning a business is not for you.

Now that you have (hopefully) decided to be all in, we can make some progress. Start on the lesson plan, and most of all, engage in the content. Post discussion questions, write down in the comments section how each lesson pertains to you, how you are going to act on it, and any follow up question about each lesson.

If you engage, discuss, and open up about how each lesson is going to benefit your business, you are not only going to retain the information better, you are going to act on it better.
